DX2W Tandem Residential Internet Monitoring Subscription Service, per year

Internet monitoring is offered at no cost for the first year so that we may ensure that we can commission your installation and ensure settings are adjusted properly for subsequent seasons.  After the first year you may renew the service so that we may continue to offer you advanced remote support over the internet which includes remote diagnostics and assistance with local service providers to ensure repairs are done correctly.  When ordering this service be sure to specify your address, telephone number and email address so that we may keep it on file should we need to contact you.  You will be provided with secure login credentials once your account is setup.  The monitoring service requires that you configure your router with port forwarding and dynamic DNS options which we will do our best to assist you with.  It is recommended that someone with knowledge of networks and router settings get in touch with us to that we can let them know what needs to be done.  Maintaining an internet connection during the duration of the subscription is your responsibility and may require setting up your router again if itr has been reset to factory defaults or replaced with another model.  At your request we can have daily email reports sent to you so that you can monitor your own system's efficiency and performance.  It should be noted that we are not responsible for monitoring your data for possible issues but are only providing the service which polls your heat pump once a minute and stores the current values for future analysis.  ThermAtlantic will not be held responsible for any mechanical failures during the monitoring period nor the provision of the service in the event that your router is not properly configured or operational.  Internet monitoring will save you on servicing costs by allowing us to remotely diagnose any issues and verify that they have been corrected.  It is recommended that all customers subscribe so that we may help you maintain your heat pump installation for the life of the unit.
