Dual Stainless Steel Buffer-Indirect Tank: Bottom 66 USG 4-Port Buffer Tank with single coil + Top 53 USG Buffer Tank

We designed this unique dual tank as an economical and space saving solution for 4-pipe residential installations with domestic hot water preheat.  Comprised of a bottom 66 USG 4 port buffer tank with 2 option ports and a single 50' long 1" ID SS Coil and a 2nd, 53 USG 4 port buffer tank on top.    In 4-pipe installations you can use the bottom tank for heating and DHW preheat and use the top tank for chilled water cooling.  Alternately, you could use it in 2-pipe installations where top tank switches from heating to cooling seasonally, whereas the bottom tank stays in heating mode all the time to preheat DHW.  There are many other creative applications this tank could be used for.  Made from 14 AWG high quality Duplex stainless steel, these tanks are designed to last 10 years in closed loop hydronic and potable water applications with regular replacement of Magnesium anodes.  Tank is rated for use up to 90°C / 194°F and up to 150 PSI and requires purchase of a separate T&P valve suited for the application.
