Helical Turbine Flow Sensor: 3/4" < 90°C, High Frequency Pulse Output

We needed an accurate yet affordable flow sensor to do BTU metering and came up with our own line of Helical Turbine Flow Sensors.  The model we currently stock is 3/4" in diameter with a flow range of 0.83 - 83 LPM or 0.22 - 22 USGPM which makes it ideal for residential and light commercial flow rates.  Each batch of sensors is calibrated to a specific pulse rate ranging from 400 - 450 dry contact pulses per liter.  Made from glass fiber reinforced Nylon with stainless steel 316 shaft and Viton rubber O-rings, this flow sensor is well suited for applications with water temperatures between -15 to 90°C or 5 to 194°F.  We bundle each 3/4" sensor with 1/2" NPT brass unions or tail-pieces for easy installation and removal.
