High Pressure Transducer

If you have a 2nd generation DX2W-2 then you most likely have a high pressure transducer installed inside the cabinet.  These sensors are used to monitor the liquid high pressure and for calculating liquid sub-cooling recommended for determining optimal refrigerant charge.  They are designed to use 15VDC power and communicate using 4-20ma and will come with either a pressure clip harness or a weather proof screw type wire harness.  You will need to specify in the comments of your order which type of wire harness you have although the newer weather proof models can replace the older models as long as the wire harness replaces the old one.  Always check the pins in the Molex connector and for 15VDC with correct polarity before determining that sensor has failed.
