- 4 Loop Stainless Steel Radiant Heating or Cooling Manifold
Product Description
ThermAtlantic is proud to finally release its own line of reliable yet competitively priced radiant heating and cooling manifolds. Made to last, our manifolds are made of Stainless Steel and come fully loaded with all the important accessories expected by today's professionals. Each Manifold includes:
- Stainless Steel Supply & Return Manifold with mounting brackets for easy installation.
- 1" FNPT horizontal port fittings. These can be mounted as desired on either right or left of manifold.
- 1/2" PEX compression fittings for each loop connection. Unlike many competing products we include the compression fittings which can be used with PEX-A, B & AL.
- Shut-off Ball Valves for both supply and return manifolds.
- Air eliminators and purge ports with both hose and PEX connectors complete with screw-on caps.
- Flow adjusters and flow indicators for each loop.
- Temperature gauges for both supply and return circuits.
In addition we also stock the following companion products, specifically chosen for various types of installations:
- 3/8" PEX crimp adapters for when narrower 3/8" PEX-A or B is to be used instead of the more common 1/2" PEX pipe.
- 5/8" PEX crimp adapters for when larger 5/8" PEX-A or B is to be used instead of the more common 1/2" PEX pipe.
- 1" FNPT elbow adapters to be used when supply and/or return connections need to go down or up instead of sideways.
- Competitively priced Thermal Actuators. Ours are 2-wire, 24V AC/DC, 2-3W load and can be controlled using either traditional ON/OFF relay connections or using pulse width modulation for dynamic flow. 2-wire actuators are ideal when used with 3rd party zone boards which provide an end-switch or when ECM or Smart circulators are used since they do not require end-switches.
Feel free to call or email us for advice on how best to control each zone - especially when using chilled water cooling, 4-Pipe hydronic designs or Building Automation. We are very familiar with all of these types of systems and understand the control nuances they introduce when compared to traditional heating only, 2-Pipe systems.
