Radiant Panel Cooling Kit for DX2W-EX3

Purchase this kit if you wish to take advantage of radiant panel cooling with the DX2W-EX3 module controls.  The kit comes wih a wall mount dewpoint transmitter and condensate alaem designed to connect to the options terminal strip of the DX2W-EX3 controls.  The dewpoint transmitter tells the DX2W-EX3 controller the dewpoint based on indoor relative humidity and ambient temperature so that the controls can modulate the 3 way modulating mixing valve which comes with the DX2W-EX3 to produce chilled water temperatures slightly higher than the dewpoint temperatrure in order to prevent condensation.  The condensate alaem straps to the main manfold for the floor, ceiling or wall radiant panels to detect condensation and shuts down radiant panel cooling should condensation be present.  The end result is that the digital transmitter provides the DX2W-EX3 controls the target panel cooling setpoint and the alarm offers a backup safetly shut-off in the event that condensation is detected.  Within the ADMIN mode of the DX2W-EX3 controller you can setup what margin of safety to allow as well as a minimum rediant cooling temperature.
